Rear window defroster kit

I remember many years ago you could buy stick on wires etc had a set in my old mini

Found these, I'm looking for something to fit the canopy tailgate any other ideas ?

lmao i remember those from the olden days Would see all the cars driving around with hideous thick stick on wires on the rear screen, worst of all it gave you braging rights
