Are you sure you're fitting a big enough relay Steve? Sounds like the contacts are welding, often caused by either a large inrush current or a relay with too smaller contact rating.

Have you checked to prove theres no voltage to the coil and that its not the thermostat playing up?

Hi Rich, no it's the relays, and they were supplied with the fan, i have been told that two more Navs and a Pathy have suffered the same?
I might try a bigger relay, but lost a bit of confidence in it now.

Shame but i think the Kenlowe might have to go
try here all you need and much better quality cheaper too
