D40/R51 Billcar duplex cam chain conversion guide - Download

Its finally here!

After a few weeks here is the Billcar duplex cam chain conversion guide for the D40 Navara and the R51 Pathfinder.

Please use the following download Link https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...conversion.pdf to download the PDF.

EDIT: PLEASE NOTE at paragraph 47 before fitting the fuel pump sprocket you must fit the 1mm shim that you removed on stripdown

I hope this is of help to you all,If you are looking to attempt this yourself.
If you need anything clarifiying or have questions relating to the guide then please post them up.

If you are not that great with a spanner then I would really reccommend you get Billcar to do it

Anyway good luck!

Wow, you have well and truly went above and beyond the call of duty with this 'how to'.

It's hard enough to do a big job like this but to take the time to photograph and document it must have been a heap of work.

Well done
