At the min I am using a buck 420HC it's still pretty sharp, I try keeping it in good condition. Some of my older blades may as well be used for butter knifes haha

Happy New Year Pathfinder. I am newly registered on the Navara site......and not before time I feel. I've learned a few things and had some good tips and advice already. So, I'm taking the time to discover what the site has to offer. And I've discovered hobbies and pastimes. Glad I did as your knives look fantastic. What steel are you using by and large? I cull deer and am always on the lookout for a good knife...shame you're overseas. Is there such as a game fair in Cyprus to sell your product. I get to some game/shooting shows, and the hand made knives are something to behold. Good luck....and if there's ever the possibility of buying......please let me know. Kindest regards.

Truly is an art and by the looks of it, one that you've got the gift for!
Have you ever thought of going bigger into swords?

Hey Derek happy new year to you too.The steel i am using is mostly 1095 and 01. No game fairs in Cyprus or at least ones that are worth visiting at. To be honest i got so many replies from overseas that i might start thinking of finding a way to ship my knives ...Thank you for the kind words.

Alex

Thanks mate.Swords is not something i am interested, right now at least, as the means and tools you need are on a totally different scale than the ones for knives
