I have got a 4" lift on mine and will be upgrading to 285/70 R17, I also have spacers fitted.

Did you find as this pushed your tyre away from the chassis that it now catches on the actual wheel arch or were you ok?

I'm guessing you had to fettle and heat the wheel arch liner inside?
Hey bud,

Yes mate correct, it's rubbed on arch worse since alignment too, so back with the heat gun and a 2" body lift from Rich is in the making. Tyres totally worth it tho!

2006 Navara D40 manual basic model. 3" suspension lift and 285/75r17

Countrified, Bonafide, Worldwide, can say I've tried!

I thought the exact same but unfortunately it wasn't that (unless there is one above oil sump I don't know about). Thanks for the help tho!!

Cheers. Is there any issue blanking the vent in terms of condensation inside the vehicle, or anything else. On of the reasons I want to do it aside from water proofing is just to cut down on noise with the back seats folded down.

Hi mate, do you mean even worse on the arch liner within the wing or is it actually catching and rubbing on the lip of the metal wing now?
