Hi guys, its been sometime now since l have made a post as the truck has been running fine since the rebuild last year but l am allways lerking in the background but now l need some help and advice please, l will cut out the boring bits and get to the point friday last got in the truck to come home from Bury st Edmunds refused to start, could`nt put my finger on anything finished up with the RAC (COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME) and came home to east yorkshire on the back of a breakdown truck, all fuses/lights and earth bondings are fine , full of diesel, and primed up, cracked an injecter and there is fuel coming out but not at great pressure, l think its the same problem as taw-nikken if it is l will probably go the same way from the top and hopfully swop the EDC from the new one, this is the question do l need to reprogram the ECU and NATS or will it be ok.
any thoughts would be welcome please thank you.

Regards Brian

Should of said got a replacement from Thorntons £200 (no discount l might add)

Sorry should have mentioned the diagnostic showed the spill valve three times thats why im looking in the same direction as taw-nikken, also is it possible to fit the new pump 360 degrees out as i dont know that it would be in the same place as mine (thats if i decide to fit the whole pump after having it checked out.)
Also i was thinking of having my pump reconditioned and passing it to anyone on the site with the same problem who in turn could do the same for someone else and so on let me know your thoughts.

Regards
Brian
