D40 warranty claims !,what have you had done???

Just thought i would start a thread cause am interested in what you guys have had done under warranty !? As my new AVENTURA is to have its first warranty fix tomorrow !But not to worry its only a head lamp washer jet :lol:

The other two D40s i had never had much done under warranty,only a few of those poxy 4wd switches and a anti track control arm on the 55 plate one i had !
But what have you guys had done under warranty ???

None so far on my current D40 touch wood. just had its 18k service today nothing was picked up either.

now my old D40, had the clutch done, rear half shaft seals were done 3 times and on the 4th time the replaced the shafts, Injectors, central locking motor on drivers door, 4x4 switches twice, fuel level sensor/float as the fuel gauge kept sticking. think that one must have been bulit on a friday afternoon :lol:

oh yeah i had one of those door lock sensors fitted as well andy :lol:

Hi

So far aircon leaking into passenger well they unblock a pipe and sorted that. And is in at the moment in with engine problem that they cliam was a fuel filter changed that still not fixed so looking at wiring we will see.

My old man just asked me what i was talking about on here and i told him warranty claims dad :roll:

He said: "its not a real D40 unless its been in under warranty " :lol:

as i read this my old mans phoned me and told me his passanger door central locking motors has started buzzing!! so theres his first warrenty claim :lol:
