We were wanting 2 new D40's for our business and maybe more to follow. Visited CD Bramalls in Bradford (our nearest dealer, 5 miles away) and were told it would be a wek before we could have a test drive. Told the salesman to get us his best price for a pair of outlaws in the meantime and give us a ring. Never did. Needless to say he missed his chance as we weren't asking for a second time so we went to Dixon Nissan in Huddersfield who were excellent. Delivery was still 3 months but they kept us informed all the while whicgh was fair enough.

Sounds good mate, IMO, it makes all the difference when they stay in touch, really boosts confidence that they haven't taken your order and forgotton to act on it.
