why is people do not know how to use there rear fog lamps properly!!!!
i had to endure a 30 mile journey to work today being blinded by muppetts with there fog lamp on whilst i was behind them. my understandin was when you can clearly see a car in your rear view mirror you turn it off so the person behind you can clearly see when you are breaking!!

and why do they then leave them on for the next 3 weeks when there's no fog ? :x

if it's rear one's just turn your main beam on, they soon pull over or turn them off
