I have just been reading some of the articles on Hid headlight conversions on this forum and i am amazed at the prices you pay in the UK, have a look under HID on www.ebay.com.au, maybe it's time to start getting these sent out from Australia, we are also righthand drive and the D40 is the same as yours.

there's a conpany on ebay selling high and low beam kits for £135 plus £15 for shipping...dont know what the quality is but thats not a bad price

HID Kits

Yeah, the kits in Australia are way cheaper than back in the UK.

I just fitted one of these kits to a mates Nissan 200SX, and was really please with the results - and very easy to connect!!
