I'm to get a Storm white N guard on Business CH to replace my Black Tekna in Sept. The Lease company are sending it to 4x4AT for a hardtop, colour coded arches and 20" wheels n tyres. I asked them if they could remove the decals before fitting the arches and they said they'd tried before and it took the clear coat off when they started to peel them away.

Any ideas from anyone ?

Maybe peeling them of does but if a hairdryer was used to soften the plastic decal this would help I'd think.

I'd do it myself if this works but I think the rear flared arch covers the decal a small amount if I were to do it after there fitted.

Any experiences form you lads will be of help to me.

On a side note I've been on here since I got my black  Tekna, on Business CH from Vanarama. Its a great forum, its a shame its not busier though.

Cheers

Guessing the clear coat probaby hasn't fully dried yet, yes, a hairdryer will soften the adhesive.
