Hi guys I really need some advice. Pulled radio fuse out now I have nothing no power out.
The head unit is a Eclipse avn827ga. Surely pulling fuse out hasnt just done $3000 damage like Nissan claim
Power to unit no power out, any suggestions? Booked in with installers to look at Monday who believe it could be 1 of 3 problems. I don't know what these are. However they don't seem to believe it is a write off.
Anyone experienced this beforehand and have you found a solution?
Greatly appreciated

Urgent alert
Eclipse satnav units installed by Nissan Do Not Need a code or reset unless owner sets up ESN Manually themselves
2. If unit stops working due to pulling fuse or no obvious reason FUSE ON THE CONTINUOUS POWER SUPPLY HAS BLOWN.
Nissan do not test this when advising customers their head unit is buggered.
Quoted $3000 by Nissan to replace OEM unit Eclipse
AVN827GA
ACTUAL COST $66.00
Bypass continuous power at glove box fuse.
XTRAIL SAME PROBLEM
haven't found fuse location not in schematics possibly in wiring loom provided to be continued

Mikey, what kind of Navara are we talking about? I’ll move this info to the right section for others to see.
