Nissan Nivara 2006 radio not working!!!

Hi wondering if someone can help… I just bought a Nissan Nivara. The Sat Nav is working and can use controls to navigate around the sat nav. But when I press the audio,CD or radio it won’t work and nothing happens when pressing the buttons. It says the audio status is off ? I have unplugged all the casing and checked wires and fuses. Nothing is changing it !!! Pelease can someone help
