I parked up for a couple days, and when I started it the oil light was flashing saying oil lo took it to the mechanic he’s changed the sensors and checked the oil pressure changed the oil and the light is still on it’s not throwing a code either so…. I don’t know any ideas on what could be goin wrong or how to reset is ???

Welcome to the forum.

Assuming the oil level is fine on the dipstick and the mechanic changed the sensor for oil level (not pressure) then it's a bit of a challenge...

You could try a reboot. Disconnect a battery terminal and hit the brake pedal a few times.
