Any of you engineering types know what size / thread type (or whatever the measures are) the screws for the roofrack are?

Torx T-30 to tighten the crossbars to the roof rails.
Torx T-25 to adjust the length of the crossbars on the roof rack.

The bolts which hold the rails onto the roof are indeed Torx T-30, the same as the ones which hold the crossbars to the rails.
