so having issues with the nav. I’ve had new track rod ends and new tie rods. Because I thought this would stop my issue!! The issue being the steering wheel pulls to the left almost immediately when pulling away and driving along. I have had alignment done after the change of the rods. Also the tyres pressures are all good also changed all the wheels around from front to back ect. I’m really stumped can anyone help

Firstly, I assume you have checked the brakes are not rubbing on that side.

The normal problem causing this is the bottom ball joint.
Also possible the lower wishbone bushes have worn.
None of those are expensive to buy, although a pain to replace.

Personally, on my last D40 I just replaced the lower wishbone which has a new ball joint and wishbone bushes.

I’d guess lower ball joints if the callipers aren’t binding, there’s a good guide on here to replace them, couple of hours a side, heck of a lot easier if you have access to an impact.
