Hi everyone, hope all is well with you all, I have a couple of questions, I have a Spanish made d40 2013 automatic if I do a 2 "body lift will it cause any issues with the auto selector as I've heard that with a manual box you have to bend the gear stick to select the gears, also I'm having problems finding a 2" shackle suspension lift kit, every kit I've looked at always says (Not for Spanish made models)! Hope you can help as I've exhausted every website.

The body lift kit is fine with the auto box.

You are right, extended shackles for Spanish models are not that common.

You are probably just as well off using the longer U bolts and blocks.

Have a look at 4x4works.com.

Thank you landmannnn, I will go ahead and order the u bolts and blocks, hopefully with the extra 2" gained I can fit my wheel spacers, I might do the body lift at a later date, once again thank you for your help and expert advice 👍

Hi guys, getting a 2" suspension lift on Monday, at the moment my d40 2013 (Spanish made) face-lift is standard apart from the wheels and tyres, I've been running 265/70/17 's for a couple of years and on full lock there's only 6mm from tyre to arch, my question is : after the 2" suspension lift and adding 30mm wheel spacers will I be able to fit 285/70 /17 radar renegades and still be OK on full lock, I'm also concidering a 2" body lift but if the suspension lift works with the 285/70 /17 I'll leave it there, many thanks

Your current tyres have 32.2" diameter, the bigger size is 32.8". The larger tyres will have a bigger radius of about 8mm, so it seems likely that a bit of trimming of the plastics may be necessary.
