Ok, so had an autoelectrician I deal with look at the issues. It appears that when in for service that either the 4 post lift has crushed the harness, or swinging the lift leg in or out of position has snaged and stretched it there is a defenite kink right in that area and the harness is not secured very well.
He's going to strip out and repair/replace hopefully next week.
For those interested Truckman sent me some decent wiring diagrams attached. There are a lot of spade connections inside the top spoiler, more than what is shown in diagram.
