Hi again. I've got a demountable camper loaded onto my X. The camper weighs between 500 and 700kg depending on how much gear, water, etc. are loaded. When I first loaded this up, the rear suspension sagged as you'd expect, as you can probably see in the pic below. I've had MAD airbag helper springs installed within the rear coils to help with ride height, quite successfully. However...... with this load, the car can judder quite noticeably on poor road surfaces. I'm a bit worried not only about the comfort, but also the effect on the chassis of this. We're all familiar with the "2 boxes on a ladder chassis" and the fulcrum being where the tub meets cab, I could do without propelling myself to a D40-esque chassis snap. Anyone had this effect with a heavy load, and found a solution? I'm posting this here as IIRC the X has Merc suspension rather than Nissan. TIA! Rich

Always a concern, I've not heard of the X Class breaking the chassis.
Did you change the dampers as well? Out could be the dampers and springs not matching
