Hi. I've got a Nissan Navara YD25 with a hard start and as soon as it's done with the cold start cycle it cuts (not idling unless you keep it going by picking up the idling with the pedal) even when picking up the idling with your foot,the idling is very irregular. Please help

As for your specific issue, it could be a few things.

Firstly the glowplugs (which operate before starting and for another 30 seconds). If you have a multimeter, check that you are getting voltage on the glowplug terminals when you have turned the key and not started the engine.

Second is the EGR, it may be clogged or the valve sticking. An EGR blank will help identify if this is the problem.
