Anyone got any idea's on what might be knackered regarding my interior blower fan  :?: LCD display is working n I can hear a whirrin' noise if I press buttons that control the re-circulation and outside air modes, but no cold air on any of the 4 speeds  It's getting like a Curry House Chef's armpits in that car on a sunny day :sunny: Obvious has been tested n ok "Fuses", Fan Motor (works when connected to battery), but bloke in Nissan Parts Dept nr me said about a resistor (@ ÂŁ40.00 a shot) could be the culprit. But can I hell as find it  :?: Supposed to be next to where I toook the fan out, but I'm damned if I can spot it!!..............HHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPP!!!! :pale:

Just wondered if you have downloaded the D22 workshop manual off this site yet.

If you have look in Data then click S2 then click ha and look in the Auto A/C RHD section :thumbleft:

In there you will find the Trouble Diagnosis section in the menu and it tells you how to put the heater/air con into a self diagnosis mode to tell you whats wrong (hopefully).

There is also wiring diagrams and item location maps so you can find what you are looking for :study:

May take you a little time but may save you ÂŁÂŁÂŁ's

hope this helps :salute:

Just an update on the Interior Fan not working situ!

It turns out it's the Power Module for my int. fan which, is located behind the glovebox (ÂŁ164.36 + vat from Nissan :pale: ). Been told by T.H. Flory Auto Electrics in Middlesbrough, that this is a very common fault with the Nissans. Took up on their Y/P offer of a FREE check/diagnosis n saved me a lot of headache/time n took him 15 mins to suss. :thumbright:

Thanks for comming back with an up-date :thumbleft:

ÂŁ164 + vat for the part  OUCH!!! Atleast the diagnosis was for free :D

How Nissan warrant their parts prices is beyond me :puker:

Had a Patrol a year ago and the self dimmer on the interior lights packed up. Dealer changed the unit and the part cost ÂŁ400 + vat. Had I known I would have spliced the wires together so the lights were either on or off when the doors were opened and closed :x

Get one from a nissan breakers if you can
