The river was MUCH higher, they had no safety lines, the Disco couldnt make the exit (you can see it is steep and narrow) and it was swept downstream. As you see from the vid when we cross the river we run parallel to the river and it is very narrow and steep banked. The Disco was pushed sideways downstrea then barrel rolled for 400 yards. The poor lass was in the back seat and had no chance t get out.
This is why river crossings should be taken very seriously, and this Nav is within inches of being swept away.

I like water over the bonnet as much as the next man but that river is flowing a bit too quick even for me!
I regulary attack Sheepy ford which can get up to 6ft sometimes, its the one where the woman followed her satnav in an SL Merc and got washed away, I never go though if the flow is even half what that video shows
