Sync iPhone address book

Anyone managed to sync Iphone address book with the Nav bluetooth system. I have tried but it keeps saying send from phone, but there isnt an option to do that.

they have to be done one at a time

I presume that i have to type them in one at a time or can i transfer them?

they transfer one at a time.
Its bl@@dy tedious and something to do when in traffic...

I tried to do it but cant fathom it out, how do you do it.

I added just my main numbers and gave them all voice tags. It still comes up with the name of the other callers.
