Ok, so nissan bs aside I guess any day now I will finally become a Navara driver.

I have noticed in the past that the car I am driving can influence the way I am treated by other road users. For example, when driving the v6 Vec SRi it seemed that every young idiot, and some not so young, wanted to race me, and when driving the wifes little Punto (in a kinda pale metallic green) everything bar a milk float seems determined to overtake me.

So, when it comes to driving a Navara, what do you notice about your treatment from other road users? Are they more or less courteous for example?

Just wondering what kind of experiences you'd had and I might expect...

you can park anywhere you want, if the car park is full just park on top of the first car you come to

People move out the way a lot but you do attract some tossers who will not move because your in a big car/truck.

Pretty good overall though I would say :D

I'm not on the road a massive amount, but i've not had any trouble/issues with other drivers because of what vehicle i drive. I also take the view that i don't give a **** what other people think,at the moment i like a high/large vehicle and a Nav is the one for me !!!!

Was he litterally a 'giant', or could you face him down. I've only had the one little Tw*t in the garage, but that wasn't anything to do with the vehicle i was driving

Just a giant on the scale of what a complete **** he was!

The road is full of tossers and people that haven't the faintest idea of how to drive, so it doesn't matter what you drive really.

The only issues i've had was a real fat beast of a woman got upset with me at some roadworks on the motorway, she really was a Godzilla clone, i didn't know whether to fight her or put her on a lead!

The other was a couple of weeks ago, the road bottle necked, but this blonde sort decided to come up the inside, and although i let her through without getting upset, when i stopped at the lights, she shouted "have you got little **** syndrome?"

Well she was really nice looking so i said "why don't you come over and judge for yourself?" she couldn't help laughing, but i forgot my Mrs was sitting next to me, she wasn't laughing

i tend to find when driving towards the back end of cars with all my lights on, they tend to move out the way and cower.
Yea some cars do that haha

I bet the **** themselves when your behind them with your lights on

in all seriousness, if i can manage it for a moment.

the ride height is great, the presence is great. it towers above alot of other vehicles. you tend to find you dont get much bother with a standard nav, its when all the lights, bars are on it thats when people notice.
