Well been doing my homework regarding tyres for at least 2 months and I think it’s got to be the kumho KL71 next, size 265 75 16 on my D22. Was going for GRABBER AT2 or BFG A/T but not convinced , so looked at the BFG mud terrain but still not sure !!!!
As the camping season approaches the last thing I need is to get stuck in a muddy field because we don’t just camp at commercial sites that have fields with tarmac roads running through them. We go well of the beaten track and search for the really quite sites that are really just a field in the middle of nowhere
Not to bothered about road noise as Mrs. Fish goes to work in the truck and the whole round trip is less than 4 miles a day

good choice, I get on well with mine
to be honest it was the pics of the tyres on your sportrak that did it for me thay look the dogs :censored:

Hey Paul, I've got Nexen full mud terrain on mine, chunkier than bfg mud, Theyve been on for 18 months now & not lost a single ounce of air, hardly any road noise & a lot cheeper than KL's. Good handling & come in loads of different sizes, I got 5 for £350. inc fitting & balancing. Hope that helps.

ive got them on my D40 and love them, the look wicked! but arn't all show and no go, there great offraod, no wheel spinning, they just dig in and get on with there job of keeping you moving.

theres little road noise from them, but i listen to my stereo max'd 99% of the time when im in the truck.
