Got 07 nissan pathfinder, had new clutch and flywheel fitted. judders in 1st and reverse.... any ideas??????

The clutch will need to come out again. 
It could be nothing worse than a contaminated flywheel surface, it could be from dirty oily hands or the oil that is applied to new steel parts. It should have been cleaned with spirits before assembly, something that is often missed by a mechanic working to a schedule.
If a garage fitted the kit, take your vehicle back to them to do the job properly. Regardless of who fitted the clutch kit, it will be covered by a manufacturers warranty.
