Thanks Woz, I have those ones on watch anyways, I emailed the guy with the silver one.

The problem being where the mud guard is cut away for the filler cover.
I've already had the truck in & plans drawn for the new fenders. They are almost identical to these.............. viewtopic.php?f=43&t=17507&p=167799&hilit=fenders#p167799

thats why i'm gonna have to stick with the origional.

@ Damo.C, I would very much appreciate that if you could, I would be more than happy to cover your diesil costs. I am ringing the chap today so will get his address.

Many thanks. :salute:

Jay the filler position looks to be the same, just the bigger plastic arch on the d23 has the cutout whereas the d22 didn't need the arch cutout because it's smaller. I measure mine up later.

Thanks Digger, just taking Sonny across to the docs then I'll get measured up & post pics. :salute:

BTW, My wheel came yesterday, the one you found for me. The guy brought it up himself as he was having a day out with his Mrs, so didn't even have to pay a courier :clappy:

Go get the silver one then
It's younger, looks mint and you can rust proof it inside and out and it'll last forever :sunny:

X2 :thumbleft:
As far as I can see any mk 1's round here have rot starting and some are quite bad , I'd go for the younger one as it will not rust as quickly.
