Hope everything had a great Christmas. Santa left me a bit of dosh, which should come in handy now I've decided to keep my 2004 D22 double-cab rather than swap for a D40. As I'm going to be doing a bit more mileage in it and some longer journeys so want to squeeze as many MPGs and as much comfort as possible out of it, I'm thinking that the following jobs ought to take priority:
Anything else you lot would recommend that I really ought to look at? I'm not sure if any a K&N air filter or a front anti-roll kit would help any?
- Blank the EGR (fuel economy)
Fit a pair of freewheeling hubs (wear and tear, fuel economy)
New steering lock stop covers (stop that godawful noise on full lock)
Swap my black Snugtop for an Armadillo roll-top or hard tonneau lid (fuel economy)
