I have tried the re program how to on here but my remote still will not lock or open the doors , the key will lock and open doors and will start the car/ I have had the Nats fob tested and the battery is fine and it is sending out a signal. I can not find a fuse for it. The fob worked at nightime but would not work first thing this morning any body eles had this problem?

There are 2 methods of reprogramming, both from the Nissan workshop manual, are you trying the correct one for your truck, I can definitely confirm one works for mine.

Hi, From my database there are two methods, I had to try both.
Remote central locking
System operation
Type 1
Pressing remote control lock button activates central locking.
Indicators will flash once.
Pressing remote control unlock button once deactivates central locking.
Indicators will flash twice.
Type 2
Pressing key lock button activates central locking.
Indicators will flash once.
Pressing key unlock button once unlocks driver's door only.
Indicators will flash twice.
Pressing key unlock button once within 5 seconds of unlocking driver's door unlocks all doors.
Indicators will flash twice.
Programming
When
Remote control/key added or replaced.
System malfunction.
How - ?2002
NOTE: A maximum of 4 remote controls can be programmed.
Obtain all remote controls.
Close all doors.
Lock driver's door manually from inside the vehicle.
Insert key into ignition switch and remove it more than 7 times within 10 seconds.
Turn ignition switch to ACC position.
Indicators will flash twice.
Switch ignition OFF and remove key.
Press and release any button on first remote control.
Indicators will flash twice to confirm correct programming.
To program next remote control:
Unlock then lock vehicle using the LOCK/UNLOCK switch on the driver's door control panel.
Press any button on second remote control to be programmed.
Indicators will flash twice to confirm correct programming.
Repeat above procedure to program remaining remote controls.
To exit programming mode: Open driver's door.
Check operation of all programmed remote controls.
How - 2003?
NOTE: A maximum of 4 keys/remote controls can be programmed.
Obtain all keys/remote controls.
Switch ignition ON and OFF 6 times within 10 seconds.
NOTE: DO NOT remove key from ignition switch.
After 2 seconds indicators will flash twice.
Programming mode activated for 2 minutes, proceed as follows:
Press and hold unlock button.
Press lock button 3 times.
Release unlock button.
Indicators will flash once to confirm correct programming.
Repeat above procedure to program remaining keys/remote controls.
Switch ignition ON:
Indicators will flash twice to confirm correct programming.
If not, repeat programming procedure.
Switch ignition OFF and remove key.
Check operation of all programmed keys/remote controls.
