Hi, I am a virgin on the site and are looking at a nav aventura 07 diesel auto tomorrow. Its done 65k and he wants £7800 is the price fair and what is the motor like (been slightly surprised at the poor mpg for this model) or will the spec take my mind off the mpg?????
Thanks
Simon.

The manuals have better economy, mine can average 33-35mpg on a good run taking it steady, general day to day running about I get from 28-30mpg, and mines chipped!

I believe the autos figures can be around 3-4 mpg lower!

So looking at a manual could be better for you if mpg is a big concern?

Members on here have recorded mpg from 19 mpg - 38 mpg.
It all depends on the vehicle setup, engine, driver, driving conditions, tyres to name a few.
Fuel consuption would be the least of my worries TBH.
Owning & driving a Nav far out weighs the running costs of fuel.

Agree with Jay......owning one outweights the diesel costs

Thanks guys.
Have driven her now and she goes well. Is there anything i should be looking out for. Tried her in the snow on 4wd etc.
Going out again next saturday for another run (can't have it yet as bloke is waiting for his new Ranger to come off production line) and have a good look around her.
