Sorry to bump this back up... Have you got a picture of the ignition barrel wiring??

Also... When you connected the orange wire to the locking control did you cut the wire or just splice it in??

Thanks

Thanks bud! Can you remember which wire went where on the ignition barrel?

It says in the instruction that the TT Green/yellow wire goes to the brown on ignition and TT red wire goes to the green... However theres two greens :/ :bom:

you have pm

Hey tgiannak,

Can you post an updated picture which shows exactly where the orange wire from the TT has to splice into which specific wire in the BCU unit?

I have spliced mine into one of the orange wires in that same bundle shown in your picture but I am still unable to lock the car doors (as you did in your video) with my Key Fob.

I can only lock the doors with the central locking dash control when my turbo timer is running at the moment.

Thanks

OK silly question time. Why do you want the engine to continue running after you leave the vehicle?
We have a similar system on the ambulances, called "run lock" but this is just to keep the batteries charged with all the warning lights running. Only it keeps running indefinably unless some numpty tries to nick it and as soon as they use any of the foot peddles it shuts down.
I know it is best to let turbos spool down to prevent bearing wear but I thought this only takes a short while.

the engine runs about 1 or 2 minutes after i leave the truck..this procedure will make turbo last longer, especially if you run your truck very hot
