going to to buy a box set off ebay so i have spares

i do have ring connectors in a box set but nothing this big so it would be good to get a box set

I could have stuck 2 in an envelope tomorrow if you wish

Its quite a rare size, i'll have a look tomorrow when im in if i've got any but i think i've only got upto M8 hole size in the insulated crimps. And i jump upto 10mm2 in uninsulated after that. I will have a look none the less and post some off if i do.

thanks for the offer rich but going to find box set on ebay so i have spares :thumbleft:

Rich cheat take an M8 and run a 10mm drill through it mate or Paul if you have m8 terminal cut it twice slightly apart opposite where you crimp it. Make a split ring terminal mate. It will do the job perfectly fine

Adapt and survive mate, I have M8's but they have some meat to them, So I would get away with it this time for the next time well that will depend on what my next pack is like. By the way Rich since my FLUKE has vanished I might need a wee favour mate, buddy oh friend of mine.

thanks for the help guys :thumbleft: :thumbleft:

I need a live found from the back of a switch, the feed to the fast tickover sender from the switch. Don't panic as I need to find the damn Fluke as I will Be ****** if that has gone, I have 2 an Amp Clamp one and a normal one but I haven't used the clamp one in years and it's still in my containers 40 miles away. The normal one should be in my garage at the side of my house. I can't find it and that annoy's me no end.

The od of these is too small, you wouldnt have any material left if you put a 10mm through, they arnt like the good old coppers, the amount of m6 lugs i've drilled out to 10mm is ridiculous!

Rich
have to agree with rich on this one.
the one ring connector that went to the negative terminal on the new battery terminal was 8mm and to small so i ran a 10mm drill through it, it did the job BUT almost nothing left of the ring connector
so this will be cut off and replaced when the new ones arrive :D
