hi fellas,
in light of what's been happening to my new used wheels, i was considering doing an engine flush coz the nissan service center technician said the engine is a bit dirty (he suggested an overhaul). i have done some search on this forum as well but comparing to the grut that some of you guys have in your engine mine looks clean as a whistle. it's just the comment of the nissan tech guy that bothers me.
been doing some search on the net on engine flush as well and as usual pros and cons. we all know what the pros are and the cons say if it's never been done from day one on the engine doing a flush may hurt the engine ie clogging up injector, pumps, oil ways etc. risking more damage. how dirty has it got to be in order to do a flush? i live in the tropics and i drive the truck every day, and my understanding is the grut builds up due to lack of driving and the cold weather, am i right?
appreciate any feedback. thanks. :cheers2:
