Good to see you have the track rod extent ions sorted, :) Sounds like your having a bit of a tough time there ,Is, the cir clip visible in the C/V joint or buried @ the outer end of the shaft? do you have a picture , Im guessing you got titan spindles rather than full shafts..
Id love to know the distance of the Titan upper arm straight line between the mounting bolts and ball joint , if at all possible. As id like to knock a set up

i have done both outer cv joints too. One was easy as, the other was way more tricky as it took a lot of getting off and then i didn't centre the clip properly in the grove when i tried to bray it back on so jumped out at one side misshaping it. they are frustrating. Glad to see your now getting there. Have you managed to get those braided hosed on yet or will they not budge on the top fitting like mine.

turbos sweet!! variable vain? What make and size is it? how did you decide on the size? keep us updated with the steps involved to getting it all working as it should. v interested. :rockon

for the turbo it's the original gt2056 VNT but with a rebored core and bigger wheels (not by much though!) tong says it's capable of 20-25psi :dunno

and yes it's the ECU shop cube programmed by tong, plugginr in the FRP, the MAP, MAF and rpm....

got the new outer joints today and everything is going in!!! and yes the clips are burried and not visible! no iddin't want to changes spindles and lug pattern so i got the extend shafts from PRG. but apprently you could modify the cardone CV joints of the pathfinder v8, just buy popping out the inner Cv bearing and putting it in the nav/frontier's (only discovered that afterwards of course)... :loser

for the titan arms from the center of the base (zerk fitting) to bolt going in the uniball is 310mm both sides.. :eyeroll

for the braided hose i did them moths ago when i put in the AC package with the bilsteins and TC arms...went in easily....

Guess You`ll be touring the supermarket car parks looking for standard Navara`s to park next to , A side by side photoe would be nice if you can get one,

walked in to find 2 of these ;-) Id only mentioned making some UCA`s to my young mucker the day before. This was his way of bringing me a bone .. Now i have a measurement , ball joints can be sorced and a jig made . Hoping to order a pair of Titan LCA`s and Drive shafts Monday ..Then just need to source some suspension to lift the thing ;-0

Hi camel towing,

yes i have the ex-centric cam bolts but they don't provide enough adjustments on one side!
luckily i had bought those to be safe:

for the UCA good job, i know i wouldn't be game enough LOL... check this if it's a ball joint you really want these UCA's are ok for USD 500 (I would have taken those if they had come out before I bought mine..) :loser

Thank you for the links, dirtking`s own "dirty" lower arms look "kinky" , I like the modified angle of ball joint..;-)
I was thinking of rose jointing the upper arm`s if i made them ,so the length was adjustable , but then the down side is setting the geometry..
Too many choices will it ever end?
Looking forward to seeing your navaras new muscular stance :)

Nice camel towing, so much that can be done it really conuses after a while!
it's raining cats and dogs here but took a pick against a 2' lift navara.... :wedgie
Still running in 2wd as the F@#en champs at PRG made the gorge too deep for the outer cv circlips! :cry
it should only be 1mm deep and not 3mm grrrrr so my outer CV bearing keeps popping out on the right side. :faint
So now have to find a circlip that could fit!!! :throw
