Hi All,
Can anyone tell me what is the correct oil to use in the transmission please. :?:
I have looked in my handbook and it says 75w85 gl4 but when you look on the picture thingy, it doesn't mention trans, just gear oils and that could be 75w90 gl4.
If anyone can confirm the grade of oil and maybe the best/cheapest place, as it takes 5lts to do an oil change.
Thanks in advance, :cheers2:

I got onto the Comma (Esso) oil website, it said to use their 80/90w GL4 oil, I did this but it has made the gearchange between 1st & 2nd extremely hard and notchy first thing on a cold morning, until it has warmed up a little.
It is so bad that I start off in 2nd, but as I tow a 4 wheel loaded trailer 90% of the time I will put up with this for the extra protection.
In hindsight I would now have spent a few extra quid and used a 75/90 semi synthetic, I may still do so.
