You should be able to get a new one at the main dealers assuming they are original Nissan locking nuts.
Is it the locking nut or the adapter you've broken?

The locking nuts are McGard, look in the owners manual folder as there would originally have been a supplied key number.
If you can find the number, you can order a replacement key from McGard.
Other than that, the dealer may have the info :wink:
