Found a drip coming from my passenger support handle today checked roof felt all dry. Roof rack rubber and aerial look ok did notice top left section of windscreen looked a little rough could this likely be the source of yet another problem for my motor. Im guessing if it is clear silicone will cure it.

A visual inspection from the outside will not help identify the source of the leak.

Both the aerial and the roof bars have proven to be sources of leaks in the past. So don't guess and bung silicon where it 'might' be leaking from.

Ok ta looksky..i fear finding something unpleasant underneath the roof bar. Im happy to remove em altogether actually chances of using them practically zero.

I think the nav looks better without them!
If you do use clear silicone to stop any leaks make sure the area is absolutely dry before putting the silicone on, use a hair dryer to remove moisture.
I think neutral cure silicone is best also.
Take care not to over heat anything though don't wanna melt anything or crack the windscreen !

Thanks for the heads-up, I have sent a message. I am going to extend the existing roof bars to cover the canopy on mine, as it just looks **** with the halfrauds bars that don't match the main truck.
