Mad at myself, won't just "pop out".

House is a linked semi (house joined to neighbour on one side, porches joined to other neighbour on other), so in order to get a hose out the front of the house for cleaning, you have to throw hose over the roof of the porch. Easy enough to do and I've been doing the same for over 10 years without any problems.

Anyway, builders working next door, truck covered in dust - needed a clean.

Threw hose over the roof as usual, but this time must have been perfect throw and too much hose...........hose connector landed squarely in the middle of the bonnet!!! ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHH!!!

Its only just come back from the local body shop too!!!!

Anyone have any experience of these SMART dent removal businesses (especially in the Surrey area)?

I've had plenty smart repairs done, cant recommend anyone round your end though, but normally ÂŁ20 per dent, and even not been charged where they aren't perfectly removed (to the trained eye), but perfect to me. A bonnet should be a 20min doddle as long as the paint isn't broken and its accessible from the rear.

Yes my son had a nice Honda Prelude a quite a few years back. It got a really nasty dent in the big rear quarter panel caused by another car door opening hard onto it.

The magic dent guy managed to massage the dent right out so there was no sign of it. At the time I think it cost ÂŁ40.

+1 my last c@r I caught the gate post once and stuffed the rear door and rear quarter.
dent guy pulled the quarter out perfectly for ÂŁ60 but said the door would leave a mark (gate hinge put a crease in it) so I bought a scrap yard one and couldn't tell it had been touched
