Few people have asked about my suspension set up and various other parts so i thought i'd throw together a "my build" thread
this truck is used daily by my mrs and little one who's just turned 5 months so for those who have a truck and end up with kids and the mrs is nagging to get rid of it for something more practice....... send her back to the kitchen lol!

over the last 3 years of owning the truck ive sourced all the suspension components myself giving me approx 6" of lift on the rear and 4.5" of lift on the front. 2 inches of this though is a body lift.

Bodylift

the body lift you can either buy from ebay or milners, with these kits they will give you 1.5"(40mm) of extra clearance. i went with a DIY 2"(50mm) lift and the extra 10mm makes a difference, also my gearstick sits 2"(50mm) lower in the cab too, takes a bit of getting used too.

the 50mm body lift is a bit more work but works out about the same price as the 40mm lift from ebay.

thats pretty much my spec..... now a few pics of when i got my toy and got him home. the ford maverick was my old car i traded in for the nav.
and the subtle changes have started.
indicator covers and a ford ranger roll bar.
