made mar 2010

plate says yd25ddti but i read that pre 2010 they are 120kw and 2010 onwards 140kw

being the year of the change and early in the year, im wondering if i got the lower power version.

is there any external way of checking? ive googled and info seems to go either way.

i dont imagine it was just a software update, are the turbos different? fuel system different?

thanks

Nissan did different versions for different markets. It will help to update your location in your profile; viewtopic.php?f=38&t=99610

Post a photo of the engine, especially in the area showing the boost pipes from the turbo. This will help us to tell if it is the 190 engine or not.

well had it loaded up till it sat on its bump stops on the weekend, and it hardly felt like i had a load, apart from dodgy handling from overloading.
if its the 120 version then its not bad at all.

I can't tell you based on the engine what model it is. But looking at the interior i can tell you its the pre-facelift 120kw.
How?:
Red old gauges (new ones are different)
Big auto shifter (new one is long and thin)
And looking at your profile pic which i assume is your car, it looks the pre-facelift.

No worries though, 120kw is still plenty enough, just not as powerfull as the 140.

Enjoy :thumbright:
