I keep saying it about the new truck - there are some great touches and really thoughtful points but then it is missing some real basics. Maybe going off thread, so apologies but where is the:
- electric passenger seat
- temp gauge
- auto wipers
- decent under seat storage
- cup holder that holds a costa firmly
(you can tell whats important to me!!)

I will write up the excellent points on someone else thread!!
All features of the top of the range model which will appear in 2019.. along with a V6 engine:nailbiting

next friday and you ordered in november there having a laugh id of told there where to stick it, payed depost on 12/2/16 at 4.30pm collecting it 4/3/16 thats well less than one month ive got my new reg through today and could of been collected the 1st but there got to fit the extras ive ordered so its the 4th happy days and ÂŁ4500 less than halesworth price, i think its about time you see the light with them like me and many others already have, :partycheer:

I think there's a big variation between dealers, I ordered mine 13/1 (no sunroof or diff) and computer says 10/3 delivery.

Not long now :-D

i think you could be right nick but to have in the windows on the np300 it says available for immediate delivery and he ordered it back in november makes me think either it was sold to someone else or they just dont give a s*** once there got your deposit, it took them 2 weeks to give me a price for a trade in years ago so you can see how slow they are and i would never take my new one to them to have any jobs done on it either, jake should be thinking why did they lose the landrover dealer ship and most of us know the reason as id heard it from a few people and from to blokes who worked there as well so must be some truth in the matter when you hear the same story over and over,

I didn't want to order one until I'd actually seen one hence the January date, they took two orders on spec before that and to be fair both are in (I've seen them) and will be ready for Tuesday (March 1st) so yeah, if I'd ordered that long ago I'd be seriously ****** off !!!

well i ordered mine and i hadnt seen the colour only via internet pictures but what the hell i said i cant see much of it when im behind the wheel, ive had silver, blue, black, white, so time for another change hence i ordered it with out even seeing the colour, wasnt till the other day i called in and they told me they had one on ethe work shop if i wanted to look at it so i did and posted the picture up for every one to see, il be adding pictures of mine saturday as long as the weathers nice to get some good pictures then i can order my set of at tyres for it witch i think will make it look more like what it should do, if only that gave us a choice on what tyres we wanted even if it cost a bit more save having to take the new ones off and sell and refit the ats

Yeah, I still haven't seen a blue one but wanted to see the truck first, the dealers two demos are both black. I've had Silver and Grey so wanted something different. The two that are sold I've seen are also silver and grey (although the new Grey is much lighter than the Slate I had). I've also seen a white one on the road, looked real nice actually but no good for me on the farm. Fly poo will turn it dalmation before long :slaphead
Fingers crossed mine will be on time, should get the number plate this week so can get paper work sorted. :nailbiting:nailbiting

Ordered mine 29 December should be picking it up on the 4th. Mines in the ever popular earth bronze?, well I like it.
I'm am wondering if I should get it waxoyl'd straight away, is anybody else considering this.

I guess it depends how long you think you'll keep it. If you're going to keep it for ever then any and all extra protection will be worth it, if it's up the road in 3 years then I wouldn't bother.

the best thing i think you can do to them from day one as long as its dry, go to the oil shed and get new oil not used engine oil and spray the complete bottom of it inside and fill every where you can, the dealers hate that but ive asked if it would effect warranty and there finding out for me, ive always done it away no matter what they say and this one will get the same but it will never rot out wile ive got it any way, i know what you mean mud and muck spraying every where do not do them alot of good nor do the stuff they put on the roads in the winter either so you cant win what every you do to them, there not built to last like they used to thats a fact

I checked the inside of the chassis on Friday when I paid my deposit, appears to have wax injection from the factory. I'll Waxoyl anyway. The rep gave me mats, tow-bar and roof crossrails in the deal, going to get the tub Rhino lined again same as the D40, great job.

Well i got a testdrive out of my dealer! Knowing very well that they know that i just bought a V6 and being very young (and so probably not buying a navara) i dressed up quiet nice, left my beard and went straight up to the dealer. YO i want a testdrive  and after a bit of talking (and showing i was intrested) he said yes!

I'm going to see that new suspension and see how it goes. Honnestly its nice but isn't towing with leafs better?
Seriously dude, everything in life doesn't have to be so dramatic.

If you'd dressed in your scruffs, kept your beard and just rung up to book a test drive, I'm sure they wouldn't have said no. It's a pick-up, generally used for work, not a luxury motor....

LOL had a farmer friend test drove an R8 in jeans and wellies ,because thats what he drives it in some of the time.
Suddenly crossed my mind thats not a test the NP300 has passed yet, I will be stuffed if it doesnt.

Another mate sell BMWs he always says you never judge your customers by what their wearing the scruffiest invariably have the most to spend as they dont need to impress anybody. Its the reason I have never had an Amorok they are so up themselves even though I had sold the land their new dealership was built on LOL
