The weather forecast is looking great for this weekend, but my children have a busy social calendar so my family won't join me for what is probably the last chance this year on our speedboat.

So as all i met on this forum are a friendly bunch, I thought and as I am by me, myself and I, to make an open invite.

If anyone fancies a to join me on my speedboat, talk cars, get a little bit sprayed (remember f150pickup!) and see the beautiful southcoast from the water let me know.

I have got 3 spare adult lifejackets, 3 junior (age 6-12) and 2 toddler lifejackets. The boat is child friendly (my youngest was 2 when we got it) and so am I if you were wondering to bring someone along. It is an bowrider so there maybe a little spray at times. 22 foot long so not big but also not tiny. And yes I am a rya certified skipper :)

don't hesitate to post here if you are interested.

Ps. If you were interested in experiencing the dual dte solution I have to disappoint you as I will give it to f150pickup tomorrow to try on his manual navara.

Cheers

That ok chaps! Always handy to have a helping hand on board when mooring :)

if the sea is ok we can go out of the largest natural harbour left past Bournemouth or right down the Jurassic coast!

I can say you would have a great time. I went out with JP at the beginning of the year and had a very amusing moment that i can not talk about.

Yes i am nicking the duel system to try out towing the caravan to Sothwold so cannot make it down south

LOL Paul we did have a great time. You weren't possibly referring to me drilling through the hull in four places to fix my fire extingishers in preparation for taking it to Italy. And you helping me making it watertight on the maintenance stand so we could take it out :)

Or the moment that we went so fast I lost my special Dutch ensign, thanks for giving me your old British ensign.

Or the moment that you or was it I went ahead and we got soaked.

Then there was the moment someone was at the helm opening up the throttle of the 5.7v8 on a very flat sea heading directly to the rocks :)

or when we were fueling and the dad of the chap from the boat behind us fell in the water.

lots of fun moments! All happening in Poole.

Guess everybody is already otherwise engaged. Not too late to change your mind. Weather is looking good.

F150pickup got nasty looks from his wife as they already booked a caravan site on the east coast. But has booked a trip in the spring already :)
