you know i am sure rear wheel drive vehicles are meant to be fun in the wet (obviously sensibly).

but for some reason my Navara does not want to play, is this common..

admit i have not driven around on gravel or a muddy field yet...

I would have to agree, when on the round about 2nd or 3rd, slip the clutch a bit and then catch the rear end. Its brilliant fun, especially when u have some rude boy in a saxo or something following you round a roundabout trying to get past. hehe

see most pick ups i have driven are terrible, but mine just sits there!!!! could the roll top extra weight have something to do with it, dont know how heavy they are... :D

is it new?
It gets better when it loosens up and the tyres wear down a bit! :partycheer:
Its not easy though, I tend the make it oversteer on roundabouts then boot it, rather than rely on just the throttle :thumbleft:

Have to say i would never do it in the dry as it would would wreck the joints all over the Nav.

However, i have messed about in a wet field. Its a friends of mine and its the only time i've really done it. Some vids at night and some at day

And a vid of me getting the Nav Dynod (no modifications just standard) Came out with 188bhp and 375torque. Only thing i can think of is why i have more BHP is cause i had only just got my clutch changed (fauty clutch, suprise suprise)

no its an 06, just not trying hard enough i guess LOL..

the nav is quite easy to get sideways, its all about breaking the grip and then keeping the throttle down, it is a little jumpy as the nav is a heavy beast and creates quite a bit of inertia! It will also doughnut and create good tyre smoke!

Yes i spent most of my youth messing about in cars on airfields, fast fords! Got done by the police once for a "play street offence" one point on liscence
