Hi all,
Just collected my Nav this afternoon............'09 plate acenta....and i love it......

One question, a switch on the dash, i do not know what it does......it is by my right knee in between the light adjuster and the mirror adjuster..........just a small switch that lights up when pushed.

I have checked the book and on this site ....but no joy......the dealers are now closed......so any ideas chaps/esses

Thank you

Dave

Thanks guys....for your quick replies.....

The engine warmer is by my left knee.....so it's not that......i haven't got a tow bar....so don't think it's a power source for the electrics......and to be honest i do not think my vehicle has got headlight washers...

May be a call to the dealer in the morning.......just to feel even more silly than i do now...lol.

no piccy's at the mo....sorry.......and it's a uk car....if that makes sense.....it was the dealers demo......

I have a top box fitted to it....i wonder if it is a power supply to the lights in the back and the heated rear screen.....just a thought.

Dave.

Ps ...it does seem to be a 'add' on switch as against one as standard....

if its not OEM, then it could well be for an interior light / heated screen or such like in the rear :?

I've got a switch there as well, but mine is to enable/disable the front parking sensors. Useful for when I am bumper chasing on the motorway ;-)
Smiley noted, but seriously?????
Yep, different cultures and different backgrounds do different things....If people don't move over, I'll push them over...That's how I was taught...It's tough out there, so survival of the fittest and dont hog the lane :thumbright:

Hi Water monkey...

Gone for the tracker monitor...........looks like this model will suit my needs.....never had a tracker before so it's all new to me........but as i am away from home quite a bit i need a bit extra...so at least if it moves they will give me a buzz.....hopefully anyway.
