Evening guys!
I have a navara D40 Aventura, 2009 with 90,000 miles on the clock, 2 inch body raise with BF muddy's on, EGR and DPF delete.
Recently I have been having issues.......throttle response is strange, it feels like there is a 1 inch gap between foot off and then getting any power, this causes the truck to throttle on and off irrationally especially when in traffic crawling in 1st. Also on cold start up there is a strange rattle which lasts for a couple of before disappearing again, it seems to be at the back of the engine. I also need to replace the MAP sensor as it throws a fault now and again, but I was thinking about cleaning it with electrical contact cleaner, similar to the MAF, anyone tried this? Nissan want the best part of ÂŁ100 for a new sensor. Any help and comments would be great, thanks in advance!!
