entered the site tonight for the first time. needed some info about headlights not washing. (pathfinder owner). thanks to the guy who posted the pictures and answers to the problem. all working fine now. cheers.

just out of interest, when I bought the pathfinder it had a front bull bar, and rear bar fitted. insurance quote was £130 more with these fitted. is this about the right price for non standard extras ?

Hi Dotty, Welcome to another Pathy owner I put front and rear "Protective Nudge Bars" on my Pathy when I got it and told the insurance they were to protect the plastic at low speed, their reply was to ask for more info to which I sent photo's of the front and rear bars, I heard nothing more about any increase and now in second year, but my granddaughter was quoted £350 extra for having alloy's on her first car a Corsa so her dad took them off and fitted steel wheels and trims that look smart for £60, so maybe its an age thing. Old farts don't drive fast or mad do they ( Well not often)
