Just got my fog lights changed to LED bulbs. Really pleased with them wasn't that bad to do as I first thought after I fitted my a bumper bar I had to remove the little plastic trim on bottom of the bumper and could see the fog lights so thought I would order some leds for them.

Got these
TECHMAX LED Headlight Bulbs All-in-One Conversion Kit - H11 (H8, H9) -7,200Lm 60W 6000K Cool White CREE - 3 Year Warranty

Tried some of the h4 versions of something else and they are an awesome light output for just a bulb upgrade.

Also got the damn second horn disconnected which is beside the right hand side fog light.

Look good!

Stop now.... because you keep doing all these mods (bumper bar, led fogs), and I want them!
I'm going to be skint!
Haha yes I know I seem to go on a bit of binge of mods! :grin2:

One last mod to do next week hopefully.

Just got round to ordering my LED fog bulbs (same as your link), and a new Stebel horn.
Hopefully they'll be here tomorrow.

That seems a good upgrade, whilst not technically legal to drive with fogs unless foggy, it would be very useful to get a better light output on those dark evenings to come...
"whilst not technically legal.... "?
Aren't they called "fog lights" for a reason?
Read it agan:wink2:

My apologies....i misinterpreted your post
That's okay pistol6000 :smile2:
One of my pet hates is meeting an oncoming vehicle on a fog-free night whose driver is under the impression that his fogs are actually driving lights :frown2: Normally give 'em main beam just to remind them their fogs are on

Yes.

Around where I live it is quite hilly with plenty of bends in the road. I do tend to drive with fogs on in winter to counteract the constant dazzling from the Xenon equipped cars.

(In my view the levelling systems fitted to many cars just take too long to react)

How did you remove the Fog light surrounds for paint?

Just remember the original "yellow" light fogs are that colour for a reason. Much better at piercing fog than the new 6000k cool white LED lights. Nice for additional driving lights for sure but will be worse off in actual fog. That being said, I've also ordered 6000k LED fog replacements :) . But we don't see much fog this side.

seen a lot of people on here say Stebel horn, whats the score with them?

They are air horns that are quite loud and reasonably compact. An easy replacement for factory kit and almost as loud as the ones with separate horns and a little compressor without the hassle.
