To play mp3's on the nav stereo, what's the best way to structure the folders? tried copying the folders directly onto disk but refused to play.

Burn the discs as "data" or "music and data"
I usually get around 160-200 tracks on each disc depending on the size of the MP3's :wink:

I have 700mb Cds and use iTunes, its dead easy.
Just create a playlist that is 700mb and put a blank disk in the drive and click burn. I select the MP3 option and it works every time, about 200 tracks per disk.
I find that if you arrange the playlist by album it makes each album a folder and when playing you use the right hand rotary dial on the dash to change folder (album).
It's great because the status display shows folder and track name, love this on long journeys.
