Rear brake rebuild

Hi all
New on the forum after acquiring my first Navara (2005 2.5DI), small cosmetic jobs done so far but next up is rear brake rebuild. Seems that most parts are available with the exception of brake drum backing plates". Struggling finding aftermarket replacements just wondered if anyone knows where I can get some? Priced up at Nissan but talking silly money :surprise:

I may stand corrected, but brake backing plates aren't normally an aftermarket part.
If yours have got damaged then a second hand one is probably the best option.

Indeed the volumes would not be high enough to justify aftermarket tooling up they are not very common to have to replace. Is the OP replacing for damage or cosmetic reasons ? If the latter a tin of paint isnt over pricey

Thanks for the responses, both sides damaged at the bottom, I’ll continue my quest for a second hand pair.
