I will post this mainly as a picture guide.
I am no professional so it is all at own risk.
I had to cut in the grill to finish it like this so think twice before doing it yourself.

I bought a Stedi ST3K 21.5 inch ledbar as this had the needed dimensions. Complementary I bought the Stedi dedicated np300 harness and Nissan style short switch from Stedi.

Everything seemed first class quality to me and it was plug an play.

It took me 5hrs to find a nice solution and install excluding the time to prepare the grill.

Tidy up and tuck away harness cables.

Admire your work and adjust inclination ledbar if necessary.

Impressive write up thankyou for taking the time :thumbright:

Did you order it online at the stedi website?
Got my stuff in 3 days in Belgium. They ship worldwide with 3day DHL delivery.
Total price 203€

Yes, ordered it from Stedi, but had it delivered to my nephew in Brisbane. He's coming over in 2 weeks, so that saves a bunch of delivery cost. All in 36 GBP.

Add a cheap assed ÂŁ20 - 20" light bar and a DT2 connector ÂŁ2 , plus an OE lightbar switch ÂŁ3.

Fingers crossed it all works as expected :)

Thanks for the comprehensive write up. I think this is what I’m going to do but also wire everything up to the brights.

Edit: I see it is wired up as standard to the brights.
